Sinéad gained ITEC Diploma qualifications in Holistic Massage Therapy and Reflexology in 2013 and 2014 at the Cork College of Commerce and recently, an ITEC qualification in Facial Reflexology and a VTCT in Sports Massage L3.

She is a registered member of the NRRI (National Registered Reflexologists Institute – http://www.nationalreflexology.ie/) and of the Irish Massage Therapists Association (IMTA – https://massageireland.org/).

Since 2014, Sinéad has been providing touch therapies at Cork Arc Cancer House to visitors and family members affected by cancer.

She is also a trained BA artist and through this, is involved in wellness and creativity programmes.
