Sinéad qualified with ITEC Diplomas in Holistic Massage Therapy and Reflexology in 2013 and 2014 at the Cork College of Commerce and since then has gained certificates in the following:

• Massage – Advanced and Deep Tissue, Myoskeletal Technique, Myofascial Release, Ayurvedic Yoga Massage, Massage Therapy for people with Cancer, Chair Massage/Seated Acupressure, Indian Head Massage, Holistic Facial Massage
• Reflexology – Facial, Fertility, pregnancy, Babies & Toddlers, Stone Reflexology, Hand Reflexology, Reflexology in Cancer Care
• Nutrition

Since 2014, Sinead volunteers at Cork Arc Cancer House by giving touch therapy treatments to visitors and to family members affected by cancer.

Since 2017, she have been giving massage therapies onsite at several companies.

She is also a trained BA artist and through this, is involved in wellness and creativity programmes.
